Celebrities at the ‘Megalopolis’ Cannes Film Festival Premiere

Here is a roundup from the ‘Megalopolis’ Cannes Film Festival premiere which took place last night with Aubrey Plaza, Grace VanderWaal, and Chloe Fineman in attendance.

Turkish actress Hande Erçel stole the spotlight wearing a stunning Balmain Pre-Fall 2023 red strapless gown with the sculptural bow enhancing the silhouette, elegance and contemporary feel.

I’m grateful she wasn’t inspired by the look book styling. This dress really didn’t need those gloves.

Pomellato jewels completed her look.

Anna Mouglalis wore a Chanel Spring 2024 Haute Couture white tweed, silver sequin embellished dress.

For you, the layered white illusion tulle overskirt might be killing the look.  For me, it was the accessories.

Sometimes all you need to shine is a simple black dress, as showcased by Alex Rivière in Dior.

Carole Bouquet graced the red carpet wearing a black satin Chanel Fall 2019 Haute Couture flared coat dress.

Usually I would be screaming, “where are the summer gowns?” at this festival, but the weather has been drab this year.

And besides, I think Carole looks very elegant here.

The French actress styled her look with Chanel High Jewelry Cristal Illusion Transformable earrings, and the Jewelry Tweed Frangé ring.

Speaking of summer gowns, Zhang Tian’ai glided down the red carpet wearing an Atelier Versace goddess gown.

Don’t you just love it when a nude tulle bustier does its job?

Someone should show this to Jonathan Simkhai (yes. I’m still mad about Taraji P. Henson’s Met Gala gown.)
