The Top-Searched Celebrity Beauty Treatments

Based on search data from the past four months, 2024 is shaping up to be a huge year for celebrity-approved aesthetic treatments. And with results ranging from the spookily named vampire facial to the tried-and-truly-loved treatments like Ultherapy and EmSculpt NEO, it’s clear that beauty consumers know exactly what they’re looking for.

The Top Treatment

RF microneedling takes the top spot with 166,000 searches. This is the treatment Kim Kardashian calls her “favorite” for its dark-spot correcting outcomes. “I’ve been doing [it] on my face and I’m so excited because I do have sun spots and dark spots and it really takes it all away. I’m really excited to continue my treatment,” says the reality star of Potenza microneedling treatments.

An already hugely popular procedure that addresses multiple signs of aging at once, microneedling creates tiny openings in the skin to deliver radio-frequency waves. That prompts the body to generate more collagen and creates a smooth-finished glow. And with options ranging from the Kim K–approved Morpheus8 to Danica Patrick’s favorite, VirtueRF, RF microneedling has something for everyone.

Second-Most Searched

EmSculpt NEO takes the number-two spot with 115.1K searches. This muscle-toning treatment gets a gold star from a ton of celebrities looking to refine and strengthen their bodies. “In order to actually be strong and healthy and exercise, you have to have a strong core, and that was just not in my grasp for the last seven or eight years,” explained Drew Barrymore at an event for EmSculpt NEO.

Megan Fox is also a big fan: “I am loving these EmSculpt treatments for real, they are making a huge difference, and I haven’t even waited long enough to see the full results. Super psyched about this. It’s a really good machine.”

The Runner Up Star-Loved Treatments

Third place goes to LED Phototherapy, a treatment Kim Kardashian, Naomi Watts and Catherine Zeta Jones are all big fans of. With a host of in-office and at-home options, including the ultra-popular Solowave device, LED light therapy is one of the most easily accessible beauty treatments.

Southlake, TX and Monroe, LA dermatologist Janine Hopkins, MD speaks highly of LED light therapy’s versatility. She explains, “LED light therapy, specifically blue and red light, activates pathways that help reduce inflammation and trigger healing.”

Ultherapy comes in fourth place with 63.7k searches. A treatment loved by Jennifer Anniston, Ultherapy is also one of the go-to treatments to help tighten skin after weight loss. Utilizing microfocused ultrasound, Ultherapy creates a thermal effect in the deeper layers of your skin. The result is tighter, firmer skin with more collagen. And with the rise of Ozempic use, this treatment could be your secret to a fit face.

Next in line is the Vampire Facial, considered by dermatologists to be one of the best anti-aging treatments available. Utilizing microneedling’s incredible regenerating power and boosting it with your own platelet-rich plasma (PRP), this facial is another Kim K–approved treatment.

“PRP is created from your own blood. It involves a simple blood draw into a special test tube, which is then spun in a centrifuge so that the plasma, with millions of platelets, floats to the top,” says Willowbrook, IL, dermatologist Jessie Cheung, MD. The PRP solution is then used in tandem with microneedling, creating hundreds of microscopic holes in the skin (the solution is applied to the skin after the holes have been made).

Other treatments of interest include the pigment-reducing MOXI Laser and the Geisha Facial loved by Victoria Beckham. Harry Styles’ favorite treatment, the stem cell facial, rounds out the list with nearly 5,000 searches since the beginning of 2024.

The Most Expensive Celebrity Beauty Treatments We’re Searching

Of all the celebrity beauty treatments we’ve been looking for, there are a few that require some big spending. While the high-tech and highly advanced treatments like Emface and EmSculpt NEO carry an understandably high price tag, the most expensive treatment on this list is actually the Evian Bath.

This bath is recognized as one of the most expensive spa treatments in the world. An infinity-edge bathtub is filled with over 1000 liters of Evian natural spring water for a rejuvenating and nourishing experience. With nearly 50K searches, this treatment can cost upwards of $7,000 according to Luxe Cosmetics. Christened by Serena Williams back in 2005, this is luxury spa experience is marked by its instant refresh and revitalization. “I could feel the difference the moment I stepped in,” Williams said.
