Veteran rhinoplasty surgeon reveals BTS’s V (Kim Taehyung) has the most popular celebrity nose loved by male patients

Nowadays, more men are opting for plastic surgery to enhance their appearance, with rhinoplasty being one of the most popular procedures.

Dr. Lee Byung-hoe, a veteran plastic surgeon with 20 years of experience specializing in rhinoplasty, was recently featured in a video discussing male nose surgery trends in 2024.

In the video, Dr. Lee Byung-hoe discusses the noses that men find desirable and the celebrities that were most frequently asked about during nose surgery consultations.

Kim Taehyung, aka V from BTS, was among the four male celebrities mentioned whose pictures men bring to plastic surgery clinics during consultations, and currently the most popular one.

Dr. Lee Byung-hoe said, “Next is the nose that is brought up the most these days. It is the nose of BTS’s V,” after revealing that men prefer a natural-looking masculine nose that extends straight from the bridge to the tip.

He added, “Although V’s overall nose bridge is high and straight, if you look at his nose from the front, it has quite a bit of volume. The tip of his nose has a strong rounded feel rather than being pointed. So his nose is soft, but it has a clear T-zone, giving it a very masculine look.”

Renowned as one of the most handsome men in the world, it’s not the first time plastic surgeons have showered praise on Taehyung’s naturally striking features.

In the past, others have highlighted Taehyung’s facial symmetry that possesses the “golden ratio” and balanced features like his high nose bridge and large, expressive eyes that fit the ideal beauty standard in both Eastern and Western cultures.
