Despite P Diddy currently being behind bars, his influence is said to be scaring some celebrities.
The rapper, whose real name is Sean Combs, was arrested last month and faces charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution. The musician, 54, denies all charges, but was denied his bail request.
Since his incarceration, a number of other lawsuits have been placed against him, and it’s reported a hotline set up by attorney Tony Buzbee received 12,000 calls in just 24 hours regarding claims against the star.
But despite the charges and people coming forward with further allegations, it’s thought Diddy’s reputation still evokes fear for some in the industry.

Speaking to People, a source said: “He’s so powerful. Everyone was afraid to cross him. Even though he’s behind bars now, he’s still so powerful. We all knew it even back then.”
The source added: “Everyone always chalked it up to being a creative genius when it came to his obsession with controlling things.”
It was claimed by Buzbee that major celebrities are set to be panicking following concerns they could be named in connection with a string of allegations. The comments come after allegations Diddy had used horse tranquilliser to drug his alleged victims.
Buzbee, who says he is representing around 120 alleged victims, claimed some famous faces have been given the chance to pay their victims to settle out of court and keep their names hidden.
He said: “Everyone is focused on what other celebrities were involved, who is going to be named, who is going to be outed. I don’t expect that to happen this week. We want to make sure if we name individuals beyond Mr Combs that, we have done our homework because it is going to create a firestorm, and we understand that. If you were there in the room, participated, watched it happen and didn’t say anything or helped cover it up, in my view, you have a problem.”
Buzbee went on to tell TMZ that he has sent out a string of demand letters to celebrities who he claims have been involved in the ongoing scandal.
Diddy is currently being held at the Metropolitan Detention Centre in New York. In a statement following his arrest and allegations made against him, his legal representative Erica Wolff commented on the “meritless allegations”. She said: “As Mr Combs’ legal team has emphasised, he cannot address every meritless allegation in what has become a reckless media circus.”
Speaking to TMZ, she added: “That said, Mr Combs emphatically and categorically denies as false and defamatory any claim that he sexually abused anyone, including minors. He looks forward to proving his innocence and vindicating himself in court, where the truth will be established based on evidence, not speculation.”
