Alex Ovechkin laughs after Columbus Blue Jackets put him on jumbotron during celebrity look-a-like cam

The Columbus Blue Jackets got a laugh out of one of the greatest players of all time, Monday.

During the third period of the Capitals’ 3-2 win over the Blue Jackets, the Nationwide Arena crew did a bit where they find people in the crowd who look like certain celebrities.

On this night, they put a picture of Alex Ovechkin from the 2004 NHL Draft and found someone who looked shockingly similar to that man.

A true doppelgänger here, folks.

Ovechkin smiled and giggled when he noticed he was on the big screen.

Capitals players like Ovechkin who didn’t play in the game traveled with the team to Columbus and watched upstairs as the club is spending four days in Ohio for team-building activities (Monday thru Thursday).
