Joey King opened up about bringing her grandma along to Hollywood events during an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live!
The 25-year-old actress appeared on the late-night show on Thursday (September 12) in support of her new Netflix movie Uglies.
Her grandma tagged along, and Joey spoke to Jimmy Kimmel about bringing her to the premiere of her movie A Family Affair, where she wanted to meet her granddaughter’s very famous costars.

“She hated my outfit because it showed off my a-s,” Joey recalled about the premiere. “She was like, ‘Oh, your cheeks are… why are they hanging out like that?’ And then in the next breath, she was like, ‘Can you introduce me to Zac Efron and Nicole Kidman?’ And then she’s like, ‘I want to huge Nicole Kidman. Gosh she’s tall.’”
Joey‘s grandma did in fact hug Nicole!
When asked how she was familiar with Zac, the actress explained, “What we love, she loves, which is really cute.”
