For a few months now, the marriage of Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez has been showing signs of exhaustion.

After returning two decades after their first relationship, the two celebrities married to close a love story more typical of a Hollywood movie than real life.

However, in recent times the evidence of a possible separation is more and more recurrent. The last example was with Jennifer Lopez celebrating her birthday without the presence of Affleck.

On the day she blew out the candles for her 55th birthday, the singer and actress did not have her husband with her to celebrate.

JLo was in the Hamptons, a well-known area located in Long Island (New York). The artist was accompanied by family and friends at a lunch where they enjoyed the food of Arthur & Sons, a local restaurant in the area.

According to Page Six, the actress got emotional during the meal remembering, anecdotes from the past.

Among the attendees were Benny Medina, her longtime manager, her children Max and Emme and her sister Lynda. The dress chosen by the actress was a beautiful white floral jumpsuit and she wore sunglasses, perhaps with the intention of going unnoticed.

Meanwhile, although Lopez has been celebrating her birthday all weekend, Affleck has stayed in Los Angeles. Separated by thousands of miles, the relationship is going through the worst moment since they started.

According to Page Six, JLo and her guests dined on classic fried calamari, meatballs with ricotta, artichoke alla romano, salads, chicken parm, spicy rigatoni alla vodka, spaghetti aglio olio, lobster benedict, grilled salmon piccata over spinach and more.
