Celebrity Hairstylist Tokyo Stylez To Headline Docuseries On We TV

Celebrity hairstylist Tokyo Stylez is jumping on the reality series bandwagon in the just announced Wiggin’ Out with Tokyo Stylez from We TV, which will also stream on ALLBLK. The eight-episode half-hour docuseries promises to take an “unfiltered look into the world of the 34-year-old celebrity hairstylist and entrepreneur.”

Tokyo got her start by specializing in sew-in hair extensions and eventually moved into making wigs. Her first celebrity client was Tamar Braxton, and her career took off after she began making wigs for Kylie Jenner, who found her on Instagram.

The logline: Wiggin’ Out With Tokyo Stylez follows Tokyo as she takes center stage, shaping hair dreams into reality one strand at a time. This series gives viewers an inside look as Tokyo meets with, curates and installs wigs for high-profile clientele such as Cardi B, Trina Braxton, Reginae Carter, TS Madison, Tiffany “New York” Pollard, Ari Fletcher, Flo Milli and more. Each episode showcases Tokyo’s unique creative process, from the first stitch to the final transformative installation.
