It seems as though most celebrities in Miami leave with a mug shot as a souvenir. From Justin Bieber to Travis Scott, here is a look back at some of the biggest Hollywood stars who got arrested in the 305.
Travis Scott
In June 2024, rapper Travis Scott was arrested for disorderly intoxication and trespassing after “yelling obscenities” at someone on a yacht in Miami Beach.
When asked by police if he had been drinking, he reportedly responded, “It’s Miami.” He was released on a $650 bond.

Dennis Rodmand and Carmen Electra
Back in 1998, Dennis Rodman and Carmen Electra were arrested on battery charges at The Bentley Hotel in South Beach.
According to Carmen’s attorney Roy Black, “They both tell me that this was a misunderstanding. Neither one wants to press charges.”

Justin Bieber
In 2014, a 19-year-old Justin Bieber was arrested for drunken driving, resisting arrest, and driving without a valid license after he was caught street racing.
At the time he failed a sobriety time, and ultimately, he was ordered to undergo a 12-hour anger management course, complete a DUI education program, pay fines and make a $50,000 charitable donation.

Mickey Rourke
Mickey Rourke has had his fair share of trouble, so it’s no surprise the Oscar winner has a Miami mugshot (or two) on his resume. In 2007, he was arrested allegedly driving under the influence while on his motor scooter in Miami Beach.
Previously, in 1994, Mickey was also arrested for threatening to punch a police officer outside his Miami Beach nightclub, aptly named Mickey’s Club.

DaBaby
After fighting with a music promoter over payment for a performance, rapper DaBaby was arrested in Miami in 2020 and charged with misdemeanor battery.
The case was ultimately dropped after one of the victims refused to cooperate. “Please stop talking to me about that weak ass 48 hours I spent in jail and that failed attempt to break my spirits & interrupt the path,” DaBaby said at the time on Instagram.

Jeffrey Donovan
Jeffrey Donovan, best known for his role on Burn Notice — a show that takes place in Miami — was arrested for DUI after almost hitting a police car in Miami Beach.
In 2011, he pled guilty to reckless driving and avoiding DUI charges and jail time.

Nikita Dragun
Influencer Nikita Dragun was arrested in 2022 at Goodtime Hotel in Miami Beach, Florida and charged with felony battery on a police officer, misdemeanor disorderly conduct, and misdemeanor battery, after reportedly splashing a police officer with water and walking around the pool area naked.
Nikita spoke out about her arrest, claiming she was in the men’s unit of the correctional center.
“This decision made by the Miami-Dade County Corrections Department directly violates their protocol, which mandates that transgender inmates are classified and housed based on safety needs and gender identity,” her publicist told Miami’s Local 10 News at the time.

Conor McGregor
UFC fighter and actor Conor McGregor has a pretty extensive rap sheet, so it’s no surprise he has a mug shot from the county of Dade. In 2019, Conor was arrested in South Beach after stealing a cellphone from a fan trying to take his photo.
He was charged with robbery and criminal mischief, but the charges were ultimately dropped after the victim stopped cooperating and recanted his story.

DaniLeigh
DaniLeigh was arrested on a felony hit-and-run charge in South Beach. The “All I Know” singer was accused by police of driving drunk and hitting a moped rider.

Kodak Black
Kodak Black was taken into custody in Miami in 2023 for violating probation. Earlier, has arrested in Broward County on cocaine possession and other related charges after he was found passed out behind the wheel of his Bentley.

Natasha Lyonne
In 2001, the Orange Is the New Black actress was arrested for driving under the influence, after she caused $2,500 in damages outside the Fountainebleau Hotel.
As a result, she was put on probation for six months, had her license suspended for that same period, paid $1,000 in fines and court fees, ordered to perform 50 hours of community service, and took part in a victim’s panel organized by Mothers Against Drunk Driving

Richard Hilfiger
Richard Hilfiger, the son of American designer Tommy Hilfiger, was arrested and charged with battery and disorderly conduct, and possession of less than 20 grams of marijuana.
Richard allegedly punched a bouncer outside of LIV nightclub.

In 2008, the rapper was arrested in Miami on charges of firearm and marijuana possession.

Kelis
Kelis was charged with two misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest without violence after trying to disrupt an undercover police operation, according to a police report filed in March 2007.
The “Milkshake” singer was accused of screaming racial profanities and rushing toward two female officers posing as prostitutes, per CBS News.
She was found not guilty in September 2008, and accused the police of racial profiling. “I hope that this sheds light on the fact that wearing a uniform and carrying a badge does not allow you to act above the law,” she said in a statement at the time.

Brooke Mueller
In March 2001, Charlie Sheen’s ex-wfe was arrested for cocaine possession in Miami-Dade County. The charges were dropped after she didn’t test positive for the drug.
Before that, Brooke Mueller was was arrested on DUI charges in Palm Beach County in 1996.
