Jennifer Lopez has been making more public appearances with her husband, Ben Affleck, in an effort to quell divorce rumors and strengthen their marriage. This comes after a notable period of over 40 days where the couple wasn’t seen together.

However, Affleck is reportedly not pleased, suspecting that Lopez‘s motivations are more about maintaining a positive public image.

The graduation party

According to a report by Radar Online, sources claim that Lopez attended her stepdaughter Violet’s high school graduation party in late May primarily to mend her relationship with Affleck.

These insiders suggest that her attendance was more about self-interest and an attempt to win Affleck back, though he remains unconvinced.

“It’s pretty clear she’s just trying to save face by putting the blame on her personal life,” the source noted.

“When she showed up at the grad party and turned it into a photo op, Ben saw right through her.

“He sent her packing after only an hour. He’s furious she used the occasion for her own self-involved motives.”

DailyMail.com confirmed that Jennifer Lopez stayed at the event for about an hour and left with Affleck. They drove together to his rental home but then went their separate ways.

Meanwhile, reports indicate that Affleck has moved into a rental home in Brentwood, closer to his ex-wife Jennifer Garner and their children, with no intentions of returning to the marital home he shares with Lopez, which they are attempting to sell.
