Open my Pinterest or Instagram and you’ll find beauty inspiration boards plastered with celebrity photos. With access to the best of the best in makeup, hair and skin care, celebs inevitably learn a secret or two. And alongside tips they learn from the pros, they’re (mostly) a good source for product recommendations. While celebrity product endorsements are nothing new, it’s not as common to find one several celebs across generations use and love. When it happens, take note.

I came across one such rarity when I found out Angelina Jolie, Sydney Sweeney, Gwyneth Paltrow and Hailey Bieber all use the same sunscreen. Sure, it’s not as fun a beauty category as say, blush or lipstick, but it’s undeniably the most important. The SPF? Avène Solaire UV Mineral Multi-Defense Fluid Sunscreen SPF 50+ ($36).

Avène’s 100-percent mineral sunscreen protects against UV, pollution and blue light with a skin-enhancing formula that calms, reduces redness and improves skin tone. In addition to zinc oxide, its ingredients include niacinamide, a vitamin B–derivative proven extremely effective in treating redness, eczema and rosacea, bisabolol and allantoin, potent skin soothers, and Avène’s proprietary Thermal Spring Water. The latter is clinically shown by over 150 studies to soothe, soften and calm skin, per the brand. Solaire UV is also approved by the National Eczema Association and Skin Cancer Foundation.

Shoppers with sensitive skin, rosacea, eczema and acne-prone skin report Solaire UV is one mineral sunscreen all skin care types can rely on. “It’s the only [sunscreen] I’ll put on my face,” declares one shopper. “No breakouts, redness or stinging sensations,” shares a second. A third calls it “simply the best mineral sunscreen.”

They continue: “I love that it is Zinc only. I love how it’s liquid and glides over my skin, making it glow.” Another customer calls it “lightweight” and “silky” and says it “never irritates [their] rosacea, eczema and acne prone skin.” A different reviewer raves Solaire UV gives their complexion a “smooth glow,” while several comment on how it “completely disappears without any white cast or greasy feeling.”
