Procreate is a popular graphics editor app, where artists an digitally alter images, or create entirely new ones.
Mr Saliba uses the tool for a range of purposes, but his creations envisioning what celebrities would look like as the opposite gender have proved the most popular.

He’s not wrong – on TikTok, his Taylor Swift video has raked in a whopping 28 million views, as well as over 20,000 comments.
‘Now I have a celeb crush that doesn’t exist,’ one user commented.
Another added: ‘OWEN WILSON!!! Does anyone else see it?!??!?!?’
And one joked: ‘why does that look exactly like my dad at highschool?’
One of his most surprising creations is Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson as a woman, which he admits was ‘hard to make’.
Several viewers claimed the female version looks like Salma Hayek, while others suggest she’s more like Jennifer Lopez.
Meanwhile, Timothee Chalamet’s female counterpart is said to resemble Natalia Dyer or Emma Chamberlain.
As for what’s next, Mr Saliba says that his latest creation is already in the works.
‘I’m working on a JoJo Siwa one and will post it soon,’ he told MailOnline.
The news comes shortly after Mr Saliba transformed Jeremy Allen White‘s iconic look by giving him the ‘perfect face’ – based on science.
Mr Saliba overlaid a face anatomy mask on an image of The Bear star and edited his facial features to fit the template designed by the Golden Ratio.
The Golden Ratio is a mathematical equation devised in ancient Greece to determine ‘physical perfection’ by comparing measurements, ratios and symmetry.
The finished project shows White with sharper eyebrows, higher cheekbones, a smaller forehead and perkier eyes.
