Indiana Comic Con takes over Convention Center

INDIANAPOLIS — If you’ve see people in costumes walking around downtown Indianapolis the last couple days, then you probably know that Indiana Comic Con is back this weekend.

From cosplayers to celebrity guests and everything in-between, Indiana Comic Con took over the Indiana Convention Center during the weekend of March 22-24.

Over 400,000 square feet and booth space for 150 exhibitors made for an exciting experience for fans of comic books, sci-fi, and more.

“I always love coming to comic con just to see all the costumes and everything, all the hard work into it,” said a cosplayer who did not wish to share their real name to 13News. “Myself, I put a lot of time into this suit. Seeing all the communities and fandoms being brought together, all the celebrities, you know you finally get to see the person who voiced your character. You know all that excitement all that you get. I mean, that’s all the reasons I come to a comic con.”

Indiana Comic Con wraps up Sunday with hours going from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Click here for ticket information.
