These celebrities have picked the UConn men to win the NCAA Tournament

STORRS, Conn. (WTNH) — Do you have the University of Connecticut men’s basketball team winning it all on your bracket? There are some big stars in your corner.

The NCAA March Madness social media accounts have been tracking celebrity picks for the men’s tournament, counting everyone from politicians, to social media stars to athletes.

Will it be a repeat win for the men? The team is ranked first entering the tournament, with coaches and players sweeping the award system — and the Big East.

The team has won the NCAA Tournament five times — in 1999, 2004, 2011, 2014 and 2023.

The following celebrities have picked the UConn men as their winner. This list will be updated as more brackets are publicly released:

Barack Obama

The former president released his bracket on Tuesday. UConn, Baylor, Kentucky and Purdue make up his Final Four, with the Huskies winning it all.

Andy Katz

UConn will defeat Purdue, according to the college basketball analyst.

Joe Biden

The president agrees with Obama — UConn will be repeat champions. His final four are UConn, North Carolina, Houston and Tennessee.

Paul Hiepler

The viral Abilene Christian University basketball player has UConn beating Gonzaga.

Evander Holyfield

The former professional boxer thinks UConn will defeat Duke for the win.

Joey Graziadei

The current “Bachelor” lead has given UConn his final rose (after they defeat Purdue).

Sandra Lee

The dermatologist and YouTuber known as “Dr. Pimple Popper” thinks UConn will beat Kansas in the final round.

Doug Edert

The basketball player for the Bryant Bulldogs predicts that UConn will defeat Marquette to win the national prize.

Kyle Guy

The basketball shooting guard picked placed UConn against Kentucky, with the Huskies coming out on top.

Kyle Busch

The racer picked UConn to defeat Houston.

Jonathan the Husky

Naturally, the UConn mascot stayed loyal to his team, picking the university to beat Gonzaga. His strategy? Dogs beat cats.
