The NAACP Image Awards’ weeklong celebration came ended on Saturday with a live awards show hosted by Queen Latifah, who returned to emcee the ceremony after taking on the role for the first time last year.

Before the stars in attendance took their seats at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles, they posed for the cameras on a gold-hued carpet.
