Snoop Dogg’s younger brother Bing Worthington, dies aged 44

Bing Worthington, younger brother of the legendary rapper and hip-hop artist Snoop Dogg, sadly passed away aged 44, as the musician himself announced on his Instagram account, paying tribute to his deceased brother by posting photos of them together.

Worthington worked closely with Snoop in behind-the-scenes ventures for the rapper and other business-related ventures, contributing to expanding his brothers’ brand worldwide. He started as a roadie in the early days after taking over as tour manager, according to TMZ.

Bing was Calvin Cordozar Broadus Jr.’s (Snoop Dogg’s birth name) half-brother from his mother’s side; she died aged 70 in October 2021 after battling through some undisclosed illness after Snoop asked his fans and friends to ‘pray for her health’ on social media.

Snoop’s late brother tried to follow his steps by releasing a couple of albums with his group Lifestyle, but he said he preferred the behind-the-scenes stuff over being on stage.

Snoop’s daughter also had a health scare recently

Snoop Dogg’s daughter, Cori Broadus, revealed via Instagram that she suffered a stroke on January 18 and that she’s currently in hospital recovering from the ordeal.

Broadus isn’t even 25 yet, being born as the youngest child of Snoop Dogg in 1999, and during her life has had to battle autoimmune disease and now the effects of a stroke that can cause people to lose brain and motor functions.

“I had a severe stroke this [morning]. I started breaking down crying when they told me,” Broadus revealed in an Instagram Story. “I’m only 24. What did I do in my past to deserve all of this?”

The incident might lead to concerns for her mental health after she previously spoke about a suicide attempt in 2021 due to the amount of health concerns she’s had in her life, despite being engaged to a photographer called Wayne Polk.
