Liberty Food and Wine Exchange welcomes celebrity guest chef, Chris Cosentino

RENO, Nev. (KOLO) – Celebrity chef, Chris Cosentino, has competed on popular cooking shows like Iron Chef America, The Next Iron Chef and was even the winner of Top Chef Masters. Now he’s taking over the Liberty Food and Wine Exchange kitchen in Downtown Reno during a special five-day event.

He and Liberty’s owner/chef, Mark Estee, stopped by Morning Break to talk about their upcoming partnership and some of Cosentino’s favorite dishes that they’ll be offering Friday, Feb. 16-Tuesday, Feb. 20.

Chris and Mark will personally be in the kitchen and dining room greeting guests on Friday, Feb. 16 and Saturday, Feb. 17. On top of the delectable bites, Liberty will be donating 15% of the specials price to the non-profit, No Kid Hungry. Reservations are encouraged.
