Former ESPN host Katie Nolan advances to “Celebrity Jeopardy!” finals after semifinal win

Former ESPN and Fox Sports host Katie Nolan has advanced to the “Celebrity Jeopardy!” finals.

Nolan defeated actors Dulé Hill and Steven Weber in the trivia game show’s semifinal match, which aired on Tuesday night. Now, she has a chance to win $1 million for the Association of Women in Sports Media (AWSM). AWSM is a charity organization that “support[s] the advancement and growth of women – both professional and student – in sports media,” according to their website.

The former “Friday Night Baseball” commentator dominated the ‘Triple Jeopardy!’ round and entered ‘Final Jeopardy!’ with a $9,000 lead. Nolan won the semifinal after both of her opponents risked then lost all of their money in the final round.

She will take on actress Lisa Ann Walter and the winner of next Tuesday’s semifinal – either actress Rachel Dratch, journalist Mo Rocca or comedienne Heather McMahan – in the finals.

Katie Nolan celebrates Celebrity Jeopardy! semifinal win

Nolan celebrated her win on Tuesday night with a picture she posted to X/Twitter with fiancé Dan Soder.

AWSM also congratulated Nolan in a social media post, including a picture of the sports personality during the ‘Final Jeopardy!’ round.

All episodes of “Celebrity Jeopardy!” air on local ABC stations.

The final semifinal contest will air on Tuesday, Jan. 16 at 8 p.m. ET. The finals date and time remain TBA.
