The Masked Singer spoilers follow.
The Masked Singer returned to our screens tonight, with the first celebrity being unmasked at the end of the show.
The ITV show returned for its fifth series tonight (December), with host Joel Dommett presiding over the action as the panellists – Mo Gilligan, Davina McCall, guest judge Charlie Simpson and Jonathan Ross – attempted to guess who was behind the mask.
Following the three heats, Maypole, Dippy Egg and Weather were all at risk of elimination after losing the public vote, with the trio’s fate being left in the hands of the judges.

After the final three performances, the panel decided to send Weather home, with three of the panellists – Davina, Charlie, Jonathan – correctly guessing that it was legendary singer Dionne Warwick underneath the costume.
“I have been a fan of yours since the first time I heard your voice,” remarked Jonathan following the unmasking, with the singer adding: “It’s been an absolute joy. When I was asked to do the show, I said ‘I’m going to have some fun’ but I can never disguise my voice.”
The panellists managed to guess the identity of Weather following her performance of ‘I Can See Clearly Now’, with Jonathan also managing to link the clues from the pre-recorded segment.
