Guy Fieri shares his last shirtless sauna session selfie of the year reaching 176 degrees

Guy Fieri posted a picture of his most recent workout session where he appeared shirtless inside a sauna chamber prior to a cold plunge. The Food Network celebrity was covered in sweat all over his bleach-blond spikes.

“Last workout of the year followed up with hot sauna and cold plunge, Hope everyone has great holidays!!” he quoted the picture where he showed a big smile, hairy chest, and big tattoos.

The mayor of Flavortown shared the sauna’s thermometer, showing the temperature of the session which read 176 degrees Fahrenheit while adding “Bring on the heat!!”

Fieri is also ready to celebrate his son Ryder’s “big 18th” on Dec. 31 along with son Hunter, 27, wife Lori, 52, and 22-year-old nephew Jules who he’s been taking care of since his sister Mordan died in 2011.

As part of his son’s education and “tough love“, he told Fox News that they would not see a single red cent from his multimillion fortune unless they get two degrees. “I told my boys, ‘None of this that we’ve been . . . that I’ve been building are you going to get unless you come and take it from me,’“

Fieri has also been teaching his sons the value of money after his oldest son wanted the restauranteur’s truck and had to buy it from his father as he told People magazine back in February.

“Hunter wanted my truck, so Hunter bought my truck, and we made Ryder buy Hunter’s truck, We had taken the truck from Hunter, taken it to the detail shop, had it all gone through, and made it Ryder’s truck and a couple of my buddies come driving up the driveway and honked the horn. He lost it. I’ve never seen him happier about a gift he was getting.”
