Pinoy celebrities towering at six feet and above easily stand out.
That’s because the average height of Filipinos is 156.41cm (5 feet 1.57 inches)—which places the Philippines fifth among countries with the shortest people.
According to insider.com, Pinoys have an average height of 163.22 centimeters (5 feet 4 inches), while Pinays have an average height of 149.6 centimeters (4 feet 11 inches).
PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) puts the spotlight on Pinoy celebrities who stand six feet and above.
This list excludes athletes and cager-turned-actors who are no longer that visible in showbiz.
But it still is worthy to note that Bonel Balingit, 6’9″, is presently the tallest artista to date, and that Atoy Co (6’2″) and Jimmy Santos (6’1″) were also remarkable giants and comedians.
Richard Gomez is a six-footer, and was active in both showbiz and sports before recently becoming more busy with his duties as Leyte’s 4th district representative.

Joshua Garcia (6’0)
A quick Google search would reveal that Joshua Garcia is 1.83 meters or six feet tall. However, some claimed he is 5’11”.
One thing’s for sure, he is undeniably tall.

Arjo Atayde (6’0)
Award-winning actor Arjo Atayde, who is currently serving as a Quezon City District 1 representative, is a six footer, according to most celebrity info vlogs.

Ryan Bang (6’0)
Known as the “Korean with a Pinoy Heart”, Ryan Bang is a well-known television personality, comedian, host, and actor.
According to Wikipedia, the Second Teen Big Winner of Pinoy Big Brother: Teen Clash 2010 stands at 1.83 meters or six feet.
On T’s Showtime, where he is a co-host, Ryan is taller than Vhong Navarro and Vice Ganda.

Rayver Cruz (6’0)
Rayver Cruz is yet another tall star.
Some say his height is six feet flat. Others claim he is 6’1″.
Mikael Daez (6’0)
Six-footer Mikael Daez is a perfect match for his wife, Miss World 2013 Megan Young, who stands at 5’8″.
Zoren Legaspi (6’0)
According to his basic information on GMA Network’s website, he is six feet tall.
When he kickstarted his career in 1987, Zoren’s towering height and mestizo looks made him a staple on the list of showbiz heartthrobs.
Now, at 51, he remains visible in showbiz, and he’s been happily married to Carmina Villarroel, and together, they’re proud parents to 22-year-old twins, Cassy and Mavy.
Luis Hontiveros (6’0)

This Kapamilya actor is the son of former congressman Enrico Pineda and publicist Macy Macam Pineda, and entered showbiz via the fifth season of StarStruck, where he won the title of First Prince.

In 2021, Dion celebrated a significant milestone by marrying his long-time partner, Aileen Sison. The couple is now a happy family of four, with their son Dreighton and daughter Chummy adding joy and laughter to their lives.

The reigning Mister International Philippines finished 4th Runner-up at the Mister International pageant in October 2022.
He’s a degree holder in Business Management from the De Montfort University in Lelcester, United Kingdom, and signed with Sparkle GMA Artist Center in March 2023.
By the way, it’s easy to spot him because he’s over six feet tall.
Kimson Tan (6’2″)
Chinito heartthrob Kimson Tan is charming everyone with good looks, pretty smile, and, of course, his 6’2″ physique.
Before becoming a Kapuso under the Sparkle Artist Center, he was a part of the YouTube BL, or Boys Love series In Between.
He recently played the role of Tadao in Voltes V: Legacy.
Xian Lim (6’2″)
Among many things, Xian Lim is an actor, singer, director, model, host, and a professional basketball player. And for sure, he has the height to prove it, at 6’2″.
In a 2014 interview with SPIN.ph, Xian revealed that he had always wanted to be an NBA player, and that he even promised himself that at 18, he was going to be playing international basketball. It didn’t happen, but did make his Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League (MPBL) debut in 2018, playing for Mandaluyong El Tigre.
Xian Lim recently wowed fans with his piano skills after posting an Instagram video of him playing Mozart’s “Turkish March” under the baton of conductor Gerard Salonga.
Kyle Echarri (6’2″)
Senior High star Kyle Echarri is yet another addition to this list. He is 6’2″ tall.
Kyle gained attention after joining the second season of The Voice Kids when he was 11 years ago, where he was a part of Sarah Geronimo’s Top 6.
He released his first full-length studio album on August 26, 2016, and steadily rose to popularity as a singer, and, later on, a songwriter and an actor after being cast in Kadenang Ginto.
Kyle Echarri will be a part of the upcoming suspense-crime-thriller film tentatively titled The Ride alongside Piolo Pascual.
John Vic De Guzman (6’2″)
If you watched the 2016 hit horror film Seklusyon, athlete-turned-actor John Vic De Guzman might be a familiar face.
He has since then appeared in Owe My Love (2021), Wild and Free (2018), Class of 2018 (2018), and more.
John recently played for Philippine Men’s Volleyball Team during the 31st SEA Games.
Ervic Vijandre (6’2″)
Ervic Vijandre was a De La Salle University Green Batters from 2002 to 2006.
He rose to fame after joining the show Survivor Philippines: Celebrity Showdown in 2010.
He is currently serving as a councilor in San Juan City.
BGYO Gelo (6’2″)
The leader of popular P-pop boy group BGYO, Angelo Troy Rivera—or just, Gelo—is 6’2″.
Formed in 2018 through the ABS-CBN Star Hunt Academy, the five-member group BGYO debuted in 2021 under ABS-CBN’s talent management arm, Star Magic, with the track “The Light.”
Turs Daza (6’2″)
Turs Daza commands attention not only for his engaging on-screen presence but also for his towering height of 6’2″.
Turs broke into the entertainment industry back in 2017 after winning the MYX VJ Search. He first did interviews, on-cam spiels, and live hostings for MYX before venturing into acting, appearing in the popular TV series He’s Into Her.
Turs joined the ensemble cast of the digital show The Goodbye Girl in 2022.
Andre Paras (6’4″)
One of the tallest, if not the tallest among Filipino celebrities, Andre Paras is 6’4″ tall.
Born to PBA legend Benjie Paras and former actress Jackie Forster, it seemed inevitable that Andre follow in his parents’ footsteps. He played for the Imus Bandera for the 2018-2019 season of MPBL, and he was selected for Blackwater Bossing at the PBA Season 46 draft.
However, before the 47th PBA season even started, Andre took a leave of absence from the PBA to go back to acting.
Andre Paras is known for his roles in the 2014 film Diary ng Panget and the 2016 film Girlfriend for Hire, among others.
His brother Kobe is 6’6″.
BENJIE PARAS
After Benjie ended his 14-year basketball career in 2003, he has since become visible on TV and in the movies as a comedian.
But his entry to showbiz began in 1989 through the PT4 show Last Two Minutes The Sitcom.
MARCO ALCARAZ (6’4″)
Before going full time in showbiz, Marco, whose height is 6’4″, was a basketball heartthrob playing for Stan Stags.
He is happily married to beauty queen Lara Quigaman. They have three sons.
Doug Kramer (6’6″)
Being a former PBA player, of course it’s no surprise that Doug Kramer is over six feet tall. He played for eight PBA teams including Barangay Ginebra, Phoenix Pulse, and more, and had a 12-year long PBA career until his 2019 retirement.
These days, Doug Kramer is a social-media superstar living a happy life with his wife Cheska Garcia, and their three kids, Clair Kendra, Scarlett Louvelle, and Gavin Phoenix.
