Did Kate Middleton and Prince William’s Christmas card include a Photoshop fail?

They’re putting their royal finger on it.

Kate Middleton and Prince William’s annual Christmas card appears to have left one of their children missing an appendage.

Over the weekend, the couple, both 41, released a portrait of their family donning matching white shirts, as their Christmas card for 2023.

The photo shows the couple and their three kids — Prince George, 10, Princess Charlotte, 8, and Prince Louis, 5 — in white button-down shirts and dark pants.

“Our family Christmas card for 2023,” the couple wrote as a caption.

They said in a statement that they “are very pleased to share a new photograph of their family.”

However, a closer look shows that Louis, who rests his hand on the arm of Charlotte’s chair, appears to be missing the middle finger on his left hand, giving it the look of uncanny AI photos that frequently mess up fingers.

Viewers were quick to spot the error, and flocked to X, formerly known as Twitter, to say, “Wait where is Louis’ middle finger?”

Another wrote, “Louis is missing a finger, this has got to be the worst photoshopped pic ever.”

It is possible that the boy was simply bending the finger back — especially since Prince Louis has shown a propensity toward mischief in the past. But many eagle-eyed fans weren’t so sure.

Fans were divided over the photo, with some fans slamming it, as “It’s giving JCPenney.”

“Gotta love all the CHRISTMAS decor in the background,” another commentary sarcastically remarked, referring to the blank background. “Just screams Christmas all over.”

One Facebooker argued that they are “attempting to look like an everyday family.”

Agreeing with the comment, another user noted that “they are anything but an everyday family.”
